We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange or a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14 day period in an unworn and unused condition.


Pleas note that there are no returns on Sale Items.


Please also note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we will not take any responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommend all returns to be sent by recorded delivery.


In order to process all orders quickly, we immediately send all orders to our warehouse to be picked, packaged and shipped. Once your order has been paid and processed, it is no longer possible to change the order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
