RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Baesolé.

However, if you change your mind, we offer exchanges or refunds for items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are returned in unused and unworn condition.

  • Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
  • BAESOLÉ is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before sending your return, please contact us via:

Include your order number and the reason for your return request.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide further instructions, including the return address.


REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
