Should you change your mind, we offer the option of an exchange or refund , provided the items are returned within 14 days in an unused and unworn condition .

First, send us an email at info@baesole.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will then send you further instructions, including the return address.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will automatically receive the amount back to the original payment method within 10 business days .

Please note that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to fully process the refund.
